Our identity is deeply rooted in the rich hockey backgrounds of our key frontline team members, Ken Bouthillier and Adam Kleven, whose experiences on the ice powerfully translate into unmatched dedication and strategic prowess in the financial arena.

Ken Bouthillier's hockey story begins in his youth, showcasing a successful early career that led him to leave home at the age of 14 to chase his dream. Ken attended the prestigious Shattuck St. Mary's, a breeding ground for many professional athletes, and played for the Soo Indians while in high school. His journey continued with three years at the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the North American Hockey League (NAHL), where he played a crucial role in leading the team to their first Robertson Cup Tournament berth in 2004. Unfortunately, Ken’s promising hockey career came to a premature end after he suffered a severe back injury during his final season with the Ice Dogs.

Despite retiring from high-level play, Ken's passion for hockey didn't wane. He transitioned into the financial sector, where he founded Team Lendpro, applying his protective instincts and strategic thinking to the mortgage and finance industry. Alongside his professional career in finance, Ken has remained deeply connected to hockey, coaching some of the top youth teams in the country. He continues to contribute to the sport as the West Coast Scout, Senior Consultant, and President of the Alumni Association for the Fairbanks Ice Dogs, sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with the next generation of players.

Joining Ken is Adam Kleven, also from Peoria, AZ, who carved a successful path through youth hockey with the Jr. Coyotes Tier 1 program. Adam's hockey career saw him being selected in both the USHL and NAHL drafts, ultimately playing for the Fairbanks Ice Dogs in the NAHL, where he became a 2016 Robertson Cup Champion. His career continued in Eau Claire, WI for two years before an injury led him to retire and transition into the financial sector.

Team Lendpro has purposefully expanded beyond Arizona to include Alaska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Michigan, aiming to serve the hockey community at large. Additionally, through strategic partnerships, we have the ability to assist clients in all 50 states, ensuring that no matter where you are, you can benefit from our dedicated and expert services.
